I agree with all names mentioned here. But all too often, we may not perceive the great effort that is behind the development of any skin -I can fall into the trap of just judging by results or looks! So for me, my favourite artists/skinners is every single wincustomizer who's contributed anything throughout the whole history of this site.  

Judging by your member number . . you've seen most of it.

Tiggz's work just blew me away. Rubicon is still one of my most favorite skins.
But I would have to say SK Originals and Quentin tie for first, not just for their skins but also for their involvement in the skinning community.
